For so long I desired to have a green thumb. I envied over others’ house plants that were green and thriving. I was confused when I asked people, “How many times a month do you water?” and they would respond, “Oh, whenever I think of it.” ?!?!?! Uh, okay. That doesn’t help. But for about a year now, I’ve come up with a genius way of remembering when to water my plants: watering wednesday. The alliteration helps me to remember to DO it in the first place, and doing the same day every week helps me to keep track of when I last watered. Perfect.
